The present invention relates to a shielding gas distribution port which allows vertical spraying of CO2 gas, which is a shielding gas used in a CO2 welding torch, to ensure a shielding effect, thereby being able to increase welding efficiency and reducing an amount of CO2 gas used so as to be able to achieve cost reduction and eco-friendliness, and a CO2 welding torch including same. According to the present invention, as a shielding gas distribution port configured in a CO2 welding torch including a nozzle housing and a diffuser of which one end has a torch cable connection port connected thereto, provided are a shielding gas distribution port for a CO2 welding torch, and a CO2 welding torch including same, the shielding gas distribution port comprising: an adapter body which includes the diffuser penetrating therethrough at the inside thereof and is joined to the nozzle housing at the lower end thereof; and a gas flow conversion means which is formed on the adapter body and is configured to guide the gas, discharged from the diffuser, in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the nozzle housing.
