Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of motors, and disclosed is a shielding motor rotor axial displacement monitoring apparatus. The apparatus comprises a static component that is connected to a motor stator and a rotating component that is connected to a motor rotor. The static component comprises a stator core, a central through hole is provided inside of the stator core, winding I and winding II which are identical are arranged at an interval along an axial direction of the central through hole, and both winding I and winding II are fixed on a stator core body in the outer circumferential direction of the central through hole. The rotating component integrally penetrates from the central through hole inside of the stator core, and comprises a measuring rod and a permanent magnet that is provided inside of the measuring rod, and the permanent magnet is located between winding I and winding II. In the present invention, the axial displacement of a shielding motor rotor may be accurately monitored in real time by means of external inspection and non-contact means, and the axial force imbalance of the shielding motor rotor may be promptly discovered.
