Abstract:
A shielding sheet for a wireless charging module and a preparation method therefor, consisting of an outer-ring magnetic sheet (1) and a central magnetic sheet (2). A through hole (3) is formed in the outer-ring magnetic sheet (1); the central magnetic sheet (2) is fitted with the through hole (3); one end of the central magnetic sheet (2) is positioned in the through hole (3); the top surface of the outer-ring magnetic sheet (1) is coplanar with the top surface of the center magnetic sheet (2); the outer-ring magnetic sheet (1) and the central magnetic sheet (2) are formed by laminating a plurality of nanocrystalline strips respectively, and the two adjacent nanocrystalline strips are bonded by means of an insulating adhesive; the magnetic conductivity of the central magnetic sheet (2) is less than that of the outer-ring magnetic sheet (1); an air gap is formed in the nanocrystalline strip of the central magnetic sheet (2). Compared with a conventional nanocrystalline shielding sheet, the number of nanocrystalline strips laminated on the outer-ring magnetic sheet (1) in the shielding sheet is less, thereby facilitating miniaturization of the shielding sheet; moreover, the charging efficiency is also improved; the manufacturing process and costs of the shielding sheet can be reduced.
