The present invention relates to a shift actuator, comprising: a motor for providing power; a rail which is movable by means of the drive of the motor; a rail sensor for sensing whether the rail is neutral; a position sensor for sensing a displacement of the rail; and a rotation sensor, mounted in the motor, for sensing the number of revolutions of the motor.
