Abstract:
In this shift lever device, a link slides as a button provided on a lever is turned when the button is depressed, thereby causing a detent rod to slide in an axial direction. When the button is depressed, the link slides in the axial direction of the detent rod and presses against the detent rod in the axial direction. Thus, sliding resistance of the detent rod can be reduced.
