Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shift operation assisting device and a hub-embedded transmission having the same and, in particular, to an apparatus for providing a hub-embedded transmission having a shift operation assisting device which enables smooth shifting control even with low operating power when controlling tilting of a pawl which selectively limits the rotation of a sun gear for shifting of a planetary gear set. The present invention comprises: a pawl control ring (510) having an inner circumferential surface which controls tilting of control pawls (501, 502) provided on a shaft (100) according to a rotational angle, and an outer circumferential surface having a rotation limiting protrusion (511) and an unidirectional inclination groove (512) formed thereon; an angle control member (520) which is positioned on the inner circumference of a driver (200) that is supported on the shaft (100), receives a rotational force and rotates, and thus rotates according to a shift operation, wherein the angle control member (520) has, on the outer circumference thereof, a rotation limiting recess (521) which receives the rotation limiting protrusion (511) with a gap in a circumferential direction; a pressure member (530) which is formed in the shape of a sphere or cylinder and is supported on the angle control member (520) so as to be movable in a radial direction, and is positioned between the unidirectional inclination groove (512) of the pawl control ring (510) and the inner circumferential surface of the driver (200); an elastic connection body (540) which is connected between the pawl control ring (510) and the angle control member (520) and provides elastic support such that the pawl control ring (510) rotates with respect to the angle control member (520); a stationary support member (580) which is fixed to the shaft (100) so as to be non-rotatable and rotatably supports the driver (200) by the medium of a bearing (604); and a return spring (570) which is connected between the angle control member (520) and the stationary support member (580) and enables the angle control member (520), which rotates in one direction according to the shift operation, to elastically reversely rotate and return. Thus, the present invention can increase user convenience and driving stability and maximize merchantability and market competitiveness of a transmission, while improving durability.
