Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shift operation device for bicycles which does not require all constituent components to be replaced and allows a shift operating lever to be easily stopped at a shift position. The present invention provides a shift operation device 100 which connects to the rear derailleur 70 of a bicycle via a shift wire 60 and comprises: a shift operating lever unit 40; an operating shaft 1 which is rotated by operation of the shift operating lever unit 40 so as to wind and unwind the shift wire 60; and an interchangeable shift position notification unit 10 on which rotation stop positions corresponding to each shift position of the rear derailleur 70 which shifts in accordance with the rotation of the operating shaft 1 are set.
