Abstract:
This shift range control device switches a shift range by controlling the driving of an electric motor (10). An angle calculation unit (51) acquires an electric motor rotational angle signal outputted from an electric motor rotational angle sensor (13) that detects the rotational position of the electric motor (10), and the angle calculation unit (51) calculates the electric motor angle. A signal acquisition unit (52) acquires an output shaft signal, which is outputted from an output shaft sensor (16) for detecting the rotational position of an output shaft (15) through which the rotation of the electric motor (10) is transmitted, the value of the output shaft signal changing in steps in accordance with the rotational position of the output shaft (15). In accordance with the speed of the electric motor (10) at the timing at which the acquired output shaft signal changes, a target setting unit (55) corrects a pre-correction electric motor angle target value that is set on the basis of a target shift range and a change point at which the output shift signal changes, and the target setting unit (55) sets an electric motor angle target value. A drive control unit (56) controls the driving of the electric motor (10) so that the electric motor angle reaches the electric motor angle target value.
