Abstract:
A shift register adaptable to a negative threshold voltage and unit thereof. The shift register comprises a plurality of cascaded shift register units. The shift register units comprise: a charging module (11), a driving module (12), a discharging module (13) and a low power level maintaining module (14). By suppressing electricity leakage of the transistor of the shift register at a pre-charging stage, a pull-up stage and a low power level maintaining stage of operation processing, the shift register and unit thereof enable a circuit to continue to operate normally even when a threshold voltage of a transistor is a negative value, and have a simple circuit, low power consumption and low costs.
