Abstract:
At least one of the two source/drain electrodes (Tr4s, Tr4d) provided in the first transistor of a shift register stage is equipped with a capacitive electrode (CAPm) that faces the gate electrode (Tr4g) of the abovementioned first transistor from the opposite side in the film thickness direction. Either the capacitive electrode (CAPm) or one of either source/drain electrodes (Tr4s, Tr4d) facing the capacitive electrode (CAPm) is electrically connected to the control electrode of the output transistor of the shift register stage.
