Abstract:
A shift register unit (UN), an array substrate and a display device, belonging to the field of displays. In the shift register unit (UN): the gate electrode of a first transistor (M1) is connected to a third node (NET1), wherein one of the source electrode and the drain electrode thereof is connected to a first clock signal line (CK1), and the other is connected to a second node (PD); the gate electrode of a second transistor (M2) is connected to the third node (NET1), wherein one of the source electrode and the drain electrode thereof is connected to the third node (NET1), and the other is connected to the first clock signal line (CK1); a charging module (12) is used for setting the level of the third node (NET1) to to be an effective level when the level on a second clock signal line (CK2) is an effective level; and a storage module (11) is used for storing a threshold voltage (Vth) of the second transistor (M2) and for compensating the threshold voltage (Vth) of the first transistor (M1) by using the stored threshold voltage (Vth).
