Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To obtain a shifter in which excessive load on a net is eliminated,
lifetime of the net is prolonged, pressure loss and the amount of air used are reduced,
screening efficiency is enhanced, and separation of a mixture such as mixture
powder of different grain sizes is prevented. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The
shifter comprises a drum (6) fixed to a rotating shaft (5) and diposed coaxially
with a sieve (7) in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (5) in the region of
a receiving portion (2) and a sieve portion (4) with the diameter being set larger
than that of the rotating shaft (5), a cylindrical sieve (7) arranged aroundthe
rotating shaft (5) and the drum (6) in the sieve portion (4) coaxially with the
rotating shaft (5) and the drum (6) and internally communicating with the receiving
portion (2), and beaters (8) formed integrally with the rotating shaft (5) and
fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the drum (6) so that the beaters
function as rotary mixing blades arranged rotatably in the sieve (7).
