Abstract:
A shifting device (10) that shifts the gears of a transmission (1), that has rods (R3, R4) that extend in a prescribed direction, and that has a regulating member (20) that is arranged below a breather (30), which adjusts the air pressure inside a case (40) of the transmission (1), and that, between a gear train (G) of the transmission (1) and an adjustment hole (31) that is on the inside of the case (40) of the breather (30), keeps lubricating oil that is churned up by the gear train (G) from arriving at the adjustment hole (31). The regulating member (20) is supported by rod (R4).
