Abstract:
In the present invention a pad-side shim 7 is equipped with a protruding part 72 protruding in an inclined manner from a first main body part 71 toward a rotor R side, and a pressing-member-side shim 8 is equipped with a curved part 82 protruding in a curving manner so as to run from a second main body part 81 to the protruding part 72, and a locking part 83 extending from the curved part 82 to a back plate 62. At a position in the rotor circumferential direction of the protruding part 72, the tip end 72a of the protruding part 72 is located on the outside in the rotor radial direction of an end surface 62a on the outside in the rotor radial direction of the back plate 62, and is located closer to a pressing member 10 (31c) than the locking part 83. As a result of contact between the locking part 83 and the protruding part 72, movement of the pressing-member-side shim 8 in the rotor axial direction with respect to the pad 6 is restricted.
