Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shingled solar cell panel and a method for manufacturing same, wherein strings, each having a plurality of partially overlapping strips, are manufactured and the strings are electrically connected to each other, the method comprising the steps of: providing a wafer formed in a HIT structure including a plurality of conductive layers formed in the upper and lower portions thereof, respectively; applying a conductive adhesive on the upper conductive layer to form an adhesive layer; slicing the wafer having the adhesive layer formed thereon into a plurality of strips; and forming a string by overlapping the lower conductive layer of each of the sliced strips with the region of another strip where the adhesive layer is provided. Accordingly, the upper conductive layer and the lower conductive layer of each of the plurality of strips are electrically bonded to each other only via the adhesive layer, and thus the shingled solar cell can be provided at low cost.
