Title:
MANNED/UNMANNED SHIP FOR AUTOMATED OIL RECOVERY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/107587
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a manned/unmanned ship for automated oil recovery. Such a manned/unmanned ship for automated oil recovery according to the present invention is technically characterized in that oil floating on water is captured/collected into the ship by a conveyor belt structure so as to improve the oil recovery operation efficiency and to increase the amount of recovered oil, and separation of water/oil/floating materials is performed in a smooth and stable manner in the process of capturing, transferring, and storing oil, thereby minimizing the mixing of water or foreign substances with the recovered oil. A manned/unmanned ship for automated oil recovery according to the present invention comprises: a hull (100) moving on water; an oil-capturing array plate (200) arranged on the lower end of the bow portion of the hull (100) such that all or part thereof is submerged and captures oil and floating materials that float on the water, and such that, when the hull moves forward, oil and floating material are induced to move toward the rear along the surface; a bow-portion multi-function belt transfer body (300) arranged to the rear of the oil-capturing array plate (200) at an angle such that water, oil, and floating material captured by the oil-capturing array plate (200) move upward and to the rear; a recovered oil storage tank (400) arranged between the bow and the stern of the hull (100) in the longitudinal direction, a containing space (410) being formed in the recovered oil storage tank (400) with a predetermined size such that water and oil, which are transferred from the bow-portion multi-function belt transfer body (300) and flow into the containing space (410), are separated top and bottom due to the difference in specific gravity; and a recovered oil storage tank oil/water separation filter (500) arranged on a water outlet (420) formed on the bottom surface on one side of the recovered oil storage tank (400) such that only water, which is separately contained in the lower portion of the containing space (410) of the recovered oil storage tank (400), is allowed to pass and is discharged to the outside.
