Abstract:
The present invention provides a ship fuel heating device comprising: a housing comprising an upper plate, a bottom plate, a left plate, a right plate, a front plate, and a rear plate, thereby constituting a quadrangular barrel structure, the housing being installed in an oil tank in which ship heavy fuel oil is stored, the housing having a steam introduction tube formed on the rear side of the bottom plate such that steam supplied from the outside is introduced therein, and the housing having a steam discharge tube formed on the front side of the bottom plate such that the introduced steam is again discharged to the outside; multiple vertical oil channel tubes disposed inside the housing in parallel with each other and spaced apart from each other in the leftward/rightward direction and in the forward/backward direction, each vertical oil channel tube having one end coupled to the upper plate and the other end coupled to the bottom plate such that same penetrates the housing in the upward/downward direction, thereby enabling heavy fuel oil in the oil tank to pass through the inside of the housing; and multiple horizontal oil channel tubes disposed inside the housing in parallel with each other and spaced apart from each other in the upward/downward direction and in the leftward/rightward direction, each horizontal oil channel tube having one end coupled to the front plate and the other end coupled to the rear plate such that same penetrates the housing in the forward/backward direction, thereby enabling heavy fuel oil in the oil tank to pass through the inside of the housing. The vertical oil channel tubes and the horizontal oil channel tubes are disposed inside the housing in the leftward/rightward direction so as to alternate with each other.
