Abstract:
Provided is a shipping assistance device (100), comprising an order information acquisition unit (11), a shippable product storage site information acquisition unit (12), a shipping schedule information acquisition unit (13), a shipping product storage site selection unit (14), and an output unit (32). The order information acquisition unit (11) acquires order information which includes an ordered product, a delivery date, and a delivery destination. The shippable product storage site information acquisition unit (12) acquires information which indicates product storage sites which are capable of shipping the ordered product which is included in the order information which the order information acquisition unit (11) has acquired. The shipping schedule information acquisition unit (13) acquires shipping schedule information for each product storage site which is indicated with the information which the shippable product storage site information acquisition unit (12) has acquired, said shipping schedule information including a scheduled shipment date and delivery site for the product which is scheduled to be shipped from said product storage sites. The shipping product storage site selection unit (14) selects the product storage site on the basis of the order information and the shipping schedule information. The output unit (32) outputs information which indicates the product storage site which the shipping product storage site selection unit (14) has selected.
