Abstract:
The present invention reduces the burden on a user who performs shipping work pertaining to goods that include batteries. This shipping support apparatus is provided with a commodity master DB which stores goods information including whether a battery is included, and at least one of battery type and shipping type in a case where a battery is included. In addition, the shipping support apparatus is provided with a country and distributor DB which stores shipping country information including information about a shipping country and a distributor who handles the work of transporting a commodity to the shipping country. In addition, the shipping support apparatus refers to the commodity master DB and allows a determining unit to determine whether a commodity to be shipped includes a battery. Additionally, as a result of referring to the commodity, when the commodity is determined to include the battery, an output unit outputs shipping support information according to at least one of battery type and shipping type with reference to the commodity master DB.
