Abstract:
[Problem] To suppress deterioration in the freshness of perishable products, and the progress of contamination caused by the growth of food poisoning bacteria and mold fungi on the perishable products during the transportation of the perishable products. [Solution] A shipping determination system 10 has: a detection device 200 and a management device 300 that acquire information related to the freshness or contamination level of perishable products; and a shipping management server 400 that outputs information related to a shipping method for the perishable products on the basis of the acquired freshness or contamination level of the perishable products. On the basis of the freshness or contamination level of the perishable products, the shipping management server 400 determines the transportation speed or distance for the shipping method for the perishable products.
