Abstract:
A shock absorber 100 is provided with the following: a cylinder 10 in which a hydraulic oil is sealed; a piston rod 30 that freely reciprocates in the cylinder 10 and that extends from the cylinder 10; a piston 20 that is provided in the cylinder 10 and that divides an extension-side chamber 1 and a pressure-side chamber 2; a choke part 50 that enables communication between the extension-side chamber 1 and the pressure-side chamber 2 and that is formed so as to pass through a choke passage 51 having a bent part 51a.
