Abstract:
A shock absorber (D) comprises: a shock absorber body (A) that can expand and contract; a valve disk (3) that partitions the inside of the shock absorber body (A) into two operation chambers (R2, R); a check valve (4) that is laminated on one end side of the valve disk (3) and that opens and closes a first port (3b); and an annular leaf valve (5) that is laminated on the other end side of the valve disk (3) and that opens and closes a second port (3c). The same number of first ports (3b) and second ports (3c) are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction on the same circumference of the valve disk (3). The valve disk (3) is provided with a valve seat (3d) that has an inner peripheral part (3d1) which faces the check valve (4) and that has a plurality of encircling parts (3d2) which are aligned along the outer circumference of the inner peripheral part (3d1) and which individually encircle the respective first ports (3b). The check valve (4) is provided with an inner ring (4a), and a plurality of valve parts (4b) that are radially provided on the outer circumference of the inner ring (4a), that are opposite from the encircling parts (3d2), and that open and close the first ports (3b).
