Abstract:
Provided is a shock-absorbing and buffering type motor base, comprising a base body (1), a left lateral wall (2), a right lateral wall (3), a front lateral wall (4) and a rear lateral wall (5), wherein the base body comprises an upper-layer base (17) and a lower-layer base (18), a plurality of shock-absorbing and buffering members (8) uniformly distributed at intervals and at least two supporting and buffering members (9) are mounted between the upper-layer base and the lower-layer base, and each shock-absorbing and buffering member comprises one upper fixing column (10), at least four lower fixing columns (11), and extension springs (12) being the same in number as the lower fixing columns; the supporting and buffering members are rubber columns (14) circumferentially sleeved with compression springs (13); and buffering and sound-absorbing structures are provided on inner wall surfaces of the front lateral wall and the rear lateral wall. The shock-absorbing and buffering type motor base can reduce vibratory force and there is no part loosening on a motor base body, thus improving the machining efficiency and quality of a workpiece during machining, and reducing noise generated during operation of the motor.
