Abstract:

A shock absorbing compound material structure to which an interlayer reinforcing region (13) is applied using needling (12) as a method for enhancing interlayer strength. Upon receiving impact, the structure is capable of absorbing the impact by self-destruction while controlling development of the destruction. Since, upon receiving impact, the structure is capable of absorbing the impact by self-destruction while controlling development of the destruction, a traveling body or a sailing body using the structure has excellent shock absorbing characteristics.
