Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a shock-absorbing receive guard and a foldable golf practice apparatus comprising same, which comprise: a display frame which is arranged to be spaced a predetermined distance from a hitting position, and which has a display mounted therein; a sensor frame, which is provided at the top of the display frame so that a sensor embedded senses motion information about a golf ball hit at the hitting position; and a folding frame which is formed to be foldable at the bottom of the display frame, and which is folded toward the display when folded.
