Shock absorption and earthquake insulation foundation structure for a large-scale liquid storage tank and surface adjust apparatus thereof, the foundation structure adopts a reinforced concrete rotate thin-shell (1) and a lintel girder (9) as earthquake insulation and bearing structure, a sand energy and shock absorption layer (3) is set under the rotate thin-shell (1) to act as a bearing and energy and shock absorption structure, a reinforced concrete prefab slab base (6), a sand layer (5) and a water-proof membrane (4) are set under the sand energy and shock absorption layer (3). The structure of the adjust apparatus is to dispose a template (24) on a rotatable suspend arm pole (23) to rotate around the center line of the rotate thin-shell (1) to line and adjust.
