Abstract:
A shoe cover machine and a coating method using the shoe cover machine are provided. A mounting rack (2) of a thermal shrinkage film (3) is set in the casing (1) of the shoe cover machine. The thermal shrinkage film (3) is conveyed to a pedal (4) by a conveying device. A coating device is set in the shoe cover machine. A heating device is set in the coating device. The heating device include a hot air containing chamber (5) that is provided with a hot air duct (7). The pedal (4) seals an outlet (6) or the hot air duct (7) of the hot air containing chamber (5). A heater (14, 15) is fixed in the hot air duct (7) whose air inlet is provided with a fan (8). A thermal insulation layer (11) is fixed outside the hot air containing chamber (5). A restorer (12) is fixed in a lifting mechanism of the pedal (4). A control system (13) controls the temperature of the hot air in the fan (8) and the hot air containing chamber (5).
