Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to prevent water from penetrating into cushioning materials of various shoes, prevent noise during walking, and prevent contamination, discoloration, and damages, thereby maximizing durability, and to provide a manufacturing mold capable of manufacturing a cushioning material for shoes having such functions. That is, the present invention provides a cushioning material for shoes (1) made of polyurethane (PU), wherein the cushioning material (1) is characterized in that a coating material (3) made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is foam-molded on the outer surface of a body formed of polyurethane (PU) as a main material and wrapped to the upper surface of the cushioning material (1). Further, a manufacturing mold (4) for manufacturing the cushioning material for shoes (1) comprises: a first mold (5) on the lower side thereof; a second mold (6) having a cavity (6a) positioned on the upper part of the first mold (5); a third mold (7) having a cavity (7a) smaller than the cavity (6a) positioned on the upper part of the second mold (6); a fourth mold (8) positioned on the upper part of the third mold (7); and at least one air vent (9) formed between the first mold (5) and the second mold (6).
