The present invention relates to protection tools (means) of shoes in general and the invention can be used to protect a heel counter of the shoe from wear and mechanical damage while driving a car.

Already known shoe protection tool, described in US5987778 (A), covers the entire shoe and is placed on the leg. The later tool is generally intended for a person working in the spheres of construction, agriculture or industry. This product is inconvenient to use in everyday life while driving a car and is aesthetically unattractive.

The application WO2012105866 (Al) describes shoe heel counter protector with having the main constructional component of plate-shape; therefore, it is difficult to make a curve radius which would correspond to the radius of the curve of the heel of the shoe. In addition, the product is not suitable for low-heeled shoes and for high-heeled platform shoes.

Already known shoe heel counter protection tool (see DE3424811 (Al) which is intended for a protection of low-heeled shoes. The drawback of this safety tool is that it can be used only with low-heeled shoes; it does not transform easily and is not suitable even for each pair of low-heeled shoe models.

Also, known shoe heel counter protector, described in US5771607 (A) which can be suitable for shoes with various heels. However, this product has a complex structure and must be produced individually according to the size of the shoe heel.

The patent application WO2014047353 (Al) describes shoe heel counter protector which is intended for high-heeled footwear. The drawback of such tool is that its construction is not designed for the low-heeled platform shoes and for and for high-heeled platform shoes.

Lithuanian patent LT5762B describes shoe heel counter protector which construction is the closest to the proposed invention. The drawback of this shoe heel counter protector is that this protector is intended only for low-heeled shoes and can be made only from elastollan or rubber or from their mixture and is not suitable for high-heeled shoes. The protector is difficult to put on. The aim of the invention - to create a universal tool for shoe heel counter protection which would suit for the protection of both high - heeled and low - heeled shoes and would be comfortable to wear and put on. This is particularly relevant to career women who has to go from one place to another each day, who has to go to work and after work to go directly to the festive events and has to wear different style footwear. Therefore, it is good to have one of said universal tool suitable for the protection of various types of footwear.

This aim is achieved by creating a protective universal tool for shoe heel counter which is characterized by its versatility and the possibility to protect different types of shoes of drivers. This is created by proposing a special construction of the tool which consists of a base, a back and a fastening strip. The base does not encircle the form of the heel and therefore is suitable for different forms of shoes and the height of the back is suitable for shoes with different heights. The general construction allows using the product for shoes of different forms, curves and heights. The base and the back are sewn together with one seam which can be processed with additional means in order to increase its resistance and to reduce the level / degree of wear.

Shoe heel counter protector for the drivers comprises of: the base (1), the back (2) and the fastening strip (3). The base (1) and the back (2) are made of flexible materials so they are easy to put on. The base of the product (1) does not encircle the form of the heel and therefore it is suitable for various forms and the height of the back (2) is suitable for shoes with different heights. The general construction allows using the product for shoes of different forms, curves and heights. The height of the back (2) is greater than 10 cm in order to suit the footwear with low and high type of heel platform. The base ( 1 ) and the back (2) are sewn together with one seam which can be processed with additional means in order to increase its resistance and to reduce the level of wear. The said parts (1) and (2) are made of resistant material, in particular of plastic, rubber, fabric, leather, felt, canvas or any combination thereof. The fastening strip (3) is made of rubber, fabric or leather and can be tied or fastened with adhesive tape or single rubber. The aforementioned fastening strip (3) can be stitched, sticked, glued or fastened with rivets to the back (2).

When we get out of the car we usually forget to remove the said protective tool. In order to solve this problem, the base (1) on different shoes must be different and then the wearer feels that something is wrong and remembers that the tool is left on the shoes. In order to reach such aim, the additional layer - the hardening can be attached to the base (1) which increases the thickness of the said base and indicates that the wearer got out of the car with the protective tool. In addition, shoes can be with hardenings of different thickness. The most optional thickness is 3-5 mm.

The proposed tool is universal product for protection of shoe heel counter for drivers. It is easy to wear, easy to manufacture and later easy to use and protects different types of shoes. This protective tool is made of various colours, combinations thereof and is attractive. The measures can be made with logotype, inscriptions, brands or other type of labelling.
