Abstract:
A shoe inner sole (10) has a bottom plate (11), blades (12-1 to 12-16) integrally rising from the bottom plate (11), a cover (13) joined to the outer periphery of the bottom plate (11), and fluid (14) sealed between the bottom plate (11) and the cover (13). A first recess (15) having a shape corresponding to a foot sole is formed in that surface of the bottom plate (11) from which the blades rise, and the blades (12-1 to 12-16) are contained in the first recess (15). The blades (12-1 to 12-16) are arranged at predetermined intervals in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate (11), and some of the blades (12-1 to 12-16) are arranged tilted toward the toe.
