Abstract:
A shoe insole is provided with which posture and walking are stable and which is suitable for preventing walking fatigue. The shoe insole 1 has an insole body part 10 that extends from the rear end 11 on the heel side to the tip end on the toe side through the shank 12. The insole body part 10 is formed in a three-dimensional shape with a low-resilience material. The insole body part 10 is formed so that the inner side 15 of a toe part 14 is lower than the outer side 16, and the surface of the toe part 14 is an inclined surface that inclines downward from the outer side 16 to the inner side 15 at an inclination angle θ. The inclination angle θ is set at 5°.
