Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a shoe insole that suitably conforms to and fits the sole of the wearer's foot during walking and running and that over a long period of time can effectively assist a rolling action, without the use of a foam resin. This problem is solved by a shoe insole (1) comprising a shoe insole main body (10) that uses a laminate body, which is obtained by layering a plurality of fabric-like bodies formed from linear bodies obtained by stretching thermoplastic resin and then uniting the fabric-like bodies by heating and compressing, and that has a portion formed so as to correspond to at least the arch of the foot and the shape of the sole of the foot in the vicinity thereof, said shoe insole (1) being characterized in that, at the part of the shoe insole main body (10) that contacts the arch of the foot and the sole of the foot in the vicinity thereof during wearing, a bulging region (125) is formed having a horseback shape in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction in a frontal view indicated by the arrows.
