Abstract:
The shoe member comprises a material containing a thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the material has a glass transition temperature Tg of 10°C or lower, a loss tangent tan δ of 0.4 or higher in a dynamic viscoelastic test, and a Δtan δ of 0.15 or higher, which is the amount whereby tan δ changes when the strain is changed from 5% to 100%.
