CLAIMS

1. The invention is a shoe polish box (figure 4) proper for daily use, advantageous in terms of cost, and is characterized by;

Hooded PE bottle (figure 3) appropriate for assembly with opening screw (6),

A proper tray (figure 2) for the assembly of the sponge (4),

An external lid (figure 1) that covers outside of the sponge (4) and blocks (2) the polish channel.

Description:
SHOE POLISH BOX

Technological Field:

The invention concerns the shoe polish box that is appropriate for daily practical use and advantageous in terms of cost.

State of the Art:

Cream shoe polishes of the state of the art consist of four separate parts. When the user wants to polish shoes, he has to use each of these parts separately and apply the polish. Due to the method of application, the polish is smudged to the hand or to different places and this creates dissatisfaction to the user.

In the cream shoe polish boxes of the state of the art; when the polishing is finished, the person cannot leave the polish cans and materials anywhere, especially because the polishing application apparatus has polish all over it. When left, there is a high chance of the place being stained.

In the cream shoe polish boxes of the state of the art, polish application apparatus is kept in a separate section where the polish is located. Therefore the sponge dries quickly since it cannot stay exposed to the moisture of the polish; and when it is desired to polish the shoe again, the user ends up with a dried sponge polishing apparatus. The sponge ruptures.

The cream shoe polish boxes of the state of the art may cause muddle since they are multipartite. When the document of the aforesaid utility model with the application number TR2009/02392 in the Turkish Patent Institute records is evaluated, it is concluded that“It is a shoe box designed for the user; whose polish, sponge and gloves can be placed in different sections, as well as being a large box, it has the feature of accommodating more than one color.

Also, in the document of the aforesaid utility model with the application number TR2002/01703 in the Turkish Patent Institute records, it is stated as such,“A packaging matching with the multi purpose sponge to which the cream shoe polish can be applied has been made. Thanks to this sponge, a wide range of applications can be implemented such as; polishing, finishing, rubbing, lustring, cleaning, dusting.”

Also, in the document of the aforesaid utility model with the application number TR2002/01421 in the Turkish Patent Institute records, it is stated as such,“It is about the polishing packaging used in polishing shoes and similar products. It extends the shelf life of the volatile product up to 3 years, and it simplifies the polishing of the most difficult-to-reach parts of shoes or other products by means of its round-cornered, rectangular sponge and handle.

There is a need for a new shoe polish box configuration in which the state of the art has been overcome and the disadvantages in question have been eliminated.

Description of the Invention:

The invention relates to a shoe polish box, which provides ease of use without smudging hands, which is massy and when assembled, is a monolithic system. The invention is characterized in that the cost of using PE bottles is inexpensive and the material is easily accessible.

Another feature of the invention is that it allows user to easily transfer as much polish to the sponge as desired.

Another feature of the invention is that the chance of smudging the polish over hands is very low. Another feature of the invention is that it allows simple and practical use.

Another feature of the invention is that it preserves the polish without getting dry by blocking air when it is not being used.

Description of the Figures:

The invention will be explained by addressing to the figures in the attachment. The subject of the invention shall not be limited to the extent of the figures. The purpose of addressing to the aforementioned figures is solely the intention of embellishing the description and claims, and increase the clarity of explanation as further as possible. The figures are:

Figure - 1 Front view of the polishing sponge involved in the invention.

Figure - 2 Front view of the bottom tray and the polishing sponge involved in the invention.

Figure - 3 Front view of the hooded PE bottle involved in the invention.

Figure - 4 Assembled view of the complete shoe box subjected to the invention.

The figures that will help to understand the invention are numbered as indicated in the attached drawings and are provided below with their names.

Explanation of References:

1. Polishing sponge lid,

2. Focking rod (switch) inside the polish sponge protection cover to prevent polish from flowing through the sponge,

3. A channel (hole) that allows the cream polish to rise from the hooded bottle onto the sponge,

4. The sponge that is used to apply the cream polish,

5. The part where the hooded PE bottle and the bottom sponge tray are mounted,

6. The surface where the hooded PE bottle and the bottom sponge tray are to be screwed and fixed,

7. External diameter of the hooded PE bottle,

8. Housing of the hooded PE bottle,

9. Bottom pressure application bearing of the hooded PE bottle,

10. Internal diameter of the hooded PE bottle.

Explanation of the Invention:

The invention is basically comprised of one external lid (figure 1), one polishing sponge (4) and its bottom tray (5), and one hooded PE bottle (figure 3).

The external lid (1) of the invention is ergonomically designed to provide a more comfortable handling and a nice appearance. Thanks to the switch (2) inside, the channel through which the polish flows is mechanically closed. This prevents the polish from evaporating and the sponge from drying with polish on it. Also, the polishing sponge (4) and the bottom tray (5) of the present invention are fixed to the upper part (6) of the hooded PE bottle. The inner tray surface coincides with the channel (3) and allows polish flow to the sponge (4). It is secured by screws both by the inner tray and the lower surface (5) of the tray.

The hooded PE bottle (figure 3) (7) partaking in the invention is made of Poly ethylene material and offers a practical use. There is a screwed opening on the upper part that enables installation on the sponge tray. The lower part (8) (9) of the hooded bottle is made ergonomically compatible with the manual orientation.

The shoe polish box according to the invention (figure 4) provides an easy and practical use in shoe polishing applications. The person will easily polish his shoes using one hand, will use as much paint as necessary at this stage, and the possibility of smudging paint over his hands or to a different place will be very low.

It will be possible to transfer the paint to the sponge (4) as much as required and needed. It is small in size, space-saving and an ergonomic product.
