Title:
SHOE POLISHING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/096631
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shoe polishing device. The present invention comprises: a case (110) for forming a closed space inside, having a shoe injection hole (112) to be opened or closed at one side; a shoe holding plate (130) for holding an injected shoe (s) to fix the same, provided inside the case (110) around the shoe injection hole (112); a forward and backward traveler (150) where a central upper sponge roller (153) and left and right lateral side sponge rollers (157-1, 157-2) are mounted so as to be provided with an oil shoe polish and to coat the front upper surface and left and right lateral sides of the shoe (s), respectively, whiling automatically rotating and which is moved back and forth, wherein the forward and backward traveler is initially located at the rear distanced from the shoe holding plate (130) and is moved forward and then is moved backward once or more in case of operation; a travelling drive means (160) for forward and backward moving the forward and backward traveler (150); a shoe polish supply means (180) for storing the oil shoe polish and supplying the oil shoe polish to the central upper sponge roller (153) and the left and right lateral side sponge rollers (157-1, 157-2); a hot wind supply means (190) for sucking and heating external air flown through an air inlet (114) formed at one side of the case (110) to make hot wind and transferring the hot wind to spray the same on the front upper surface and left and right lateral sides of the shoe (s) through a branched spray nozzle (198a); a temperature measurement means (200) for measuring the internal temperature to transmit the same, mounted inside the case (110); a temperature controller for controlling the operation so as to allow the internal temperature measured at the temperature measurement means (200) to be maintained within the range of a set temperature; a control panel (210) for being inputted with the order of a user, controlling overall operation, and enabling heating for a set time; and a curtain means (214) for being vertically located at the rear adjacent to the shoe holding plate (130) so as to close the inner space in the middle, thereby enabling effective heating by the hot wind when the central upper sponge roller (153) and the left and right lateral side sponge rollers (157-1, 157-2) leave the shoe (s) after coating the oil shoe polish on the shoe (s) held on the shoe holding plate (130). Therefore, since gloss is obtained by sufficiently coating an oil shoe polish containing 5-20 vol% of an oil component with sponge and maintaining the coated shoe under the high temperature atmosphere of 60-80 ℃ formed by hot wind for a predetermined time (2-7 minutes), the obtained degree of gloss may be compared with or be superior to that by hand-polishing and thus can sufficiently satisfy a user.
