Abstract:
A shoe sole bonding preprocessing apparatus, comprising an apparatus frame (10), a transport belt (2) provided on the apparatus frame and for transporting a shoe sole, and at least one UVC ray lamp (30) for irradiating a shoe sole bonding surface. The UVC ray lamp can, upon irradiating a shoe sole bonding surface, perform a surface processing on the bonding surface and can generate ozone in air. The UVC ray lamp can produce short wave UV rays, and can etch and modify a shoe sole bonding surface, and at the same time a short wave UV ray within a certain wavelength can convert oxygen in air to ozone, and the strong oxidative activity of ozone can oxidize small molecule organic compound pollutants produced on the shoe sole bonding surface in the etching and modification processes, thereby exhibiting a cleaning effect, achieving the same technical effects with respect to a shoe sole as a conventional chemical processing method. The invention has a simple structure, reduces waste materials, is energy-saving and eco-friendly, and reduces damage to the health of a worker.
