Abstract:
A shoe upper provided with: multiple panels, which are separated from each other in the front-to-back direction of a foot on the inside and/or the outside and cover at least a portion of the side surface of the foot and which are drawn towards the center of the inside-to-outside direction of the foot by a fastening member; and multiple string-like non-extensible string sections, which are disposed between pairs of panels that are adjacent to each other in the front-to-back direction and extend in the front-to-back direction.
