DESCRIPTION Shoe with internal space and sandal structure Shoe with internal space and sandal structure that aims to solve the main problem of the existing shoes currently on the market which is that the existing shoes do more or less wear close, fasten tight and suffocate the foot which consequently feels like being embalmed into the shoe; this problem is due to the fact that the upper shoe covers are tightly constructed to wear precisely the person's foot and this causes poor blood circulation, poor transpiration, no thermal insulation, tiredness, continuous pressures, traumatized and injured feet; in addition to the above mentioned problems of health and comfort there are the well known problems of fitting since all existing shoes are constructed on a standard pre-established foot size form and it is of course not possible to adapt and fit it to all people's foot shapes which are on the contrary all different one from the other.
The present invention of the shoe with internal space and sandal structure aims to solve the above mentioned problems of the existing shoes currently on the market by inventing the new concept that the foot is no more fastened by the outer shoe upper itself but on the contrary it will be fastened by an internal sandal-like structure (3) so that the outer shoe upper will stay distant and separate from the foot and consequently an internal free space (4) will be created between the foot and the outer shoe upper cover (2).
The present invention is illustrated on the enclosed drawings showing that Fig. 1-features the foot held and fastened by the internal sandal-like structure (3) made of 3 adjustable straps, the internal free space (4) around the foot and the outer shoe upper (2) which is distant and separate from the foot itself.
Fig. 2-features the foot held and fastened by the internal sandal-like structure (3) made of 2 adjustable straps, the internal free space (4) around the foot and the outer shoe upper (2) which is distant and separate from the foot itself.
Fig. 3-features the internal sandal-like structure (3) in another version with more than 3 straps to hold the foot, the internal free space (4) around the foot, the outer shoe upper (2) wich is distant and separate from the foot itself.
As illustrated on the above described drawings the main objective of the invention of the shoe with internal space and sandal structure is the creation of an internal free space (4) between the foot and the outer shoe upper (2) so that the foot is no more closely and tightly fastened an suffocated but on the contrary it will be free with space all<BR> around it; this internal free space (4) created into the shoe with internal space and sandal structure will guarantee more room, better blood circulation, more natural transpiration, more sound and dry ambience, more confort without pressures to the foot, more prevention and greater relief for injured, traumatised, malformed or diabetic feet.
The internal free space (4) offers also the new possibility of inserting into the shoe any flat, not bulky integrated devices and instruments for the control and the stimulation of the circulation of the blood.
In addition to the above mentioned advantages and solutions it is important to underline also another advantage that the internal free space (4) offers which is to allow any different foot size and any different foot shape to wear easily and comfortably the same shoe with internal space and sandal structure and the children having fast growing foot and fast changing foot size can wear it much longer enjoying a good and precise fitting all the time.
The internal sandal-like structure (3) has been created to fasten and block the foot in place of the outer shoe upper cover as it is the case for the existing shoes; the advantage of fastening the foot with an easy sandal-like system (3) and not with a normal upper shoe system is that the foot will not be tightly covered and suffocated on all its surface but it will be just secured to the bottom shoe unit by 2-3 or more light sandal straps.
The outer shoe upper (2) of the shoe with internal space and sandal structure is consequently designed and constructed on a special and unique high volume foot form to stay independent and distant from the foot in order to leave an internal free space (4) between the foot and the outer shoe upper itself (2); this outer shoe upper (2) is made therefore mainly for the purpose of guaranteeing protection, insulation and the look and design of a shoe.
