Title:
SHOE WITH INTERNAL SPACE AND SANDAL STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2003/073882
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A shoe with internal space (4) and sandal structure (3) that aims to solve the main problem of the existing shoes on the market that do more or less wear tight, press, suffocate and tire the foot. The invention of the shoe with internal space (4) and sandal structure (3) is a new shoe concept that aims to solve the problem of existing shoes by creating an internal free space (4) between the outer shoe upper (2) and the foot and by creating an internal sandle-like structure (3) to fasten and to secure the foot, this invention provides a solution and a personal fitting for all shapes and sizes of feet and a relief for injured or problem feet. Theis internal free space all around the foot creates an internal air insulating barrier that guarantees superior transpiration, well-being and health for the person's foot which can move and strech all the time in a wide comfortable, warm and dry environment.

CLAIMS
1. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure, is a new shoe concept since it features a natural internal free space (4) between the foot and the outer shoe upper, an iternal sandallike structure (3) and an outer shoe upper (2) of high volume to stay independent and distant from the foot.
2. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claim characterized in that it features an internal free space between the foot fastened by the sandallike structure and the outer shoe upper which is consequently separate and distant from the foot itself so that the foot is not suffocated and tightly pressed by the shoe upper cover.
3. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features the internal free space that creates an internal air insulating barrier giving thermal and transpiration benefits to the foot and to the person.
4. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features the internal free space that provides a confortable and unconditioned fitting for all foot shapes and sizes including children's fast growing and changing sizing and gives benefits to people having foot problems, malformations, wounds, health problems like traumatized, diabetic or insensitive foot.
5. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features the internal free space that permits to insert special integrated devices for the control and the stimulation of the circulation of the blood.
6. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features an outer shoe upper which is constructed and moulded on a special and unique high volume foot form, which is independent and distant from the foot and do not create consequently any pressures on the foot but on the contrary leaves an internal free space between itself and the foot.
7. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features an outer shoe upper that is independent and distant from the foot as previously described since it is not conceived and created for the purpose of fastening close the person's foot but it is made mainly for the purpose of guaranteeing protection, insulation and transpiration and the result is that one can wear and walk with this shoe totally closed, completely or partially open without feeling any difference in the fitting because the foot is fastened and hold by the internal sandallike structure and not by the outer shoe upper.
8. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features an internal sandallike structure created to hold, secure and fasten the person's foot close to the shoe bottom unit and to guarantee a precise personal and easy fitting.
9. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features an internal sandallike structure made of 23 or more closing and adjustable straps of different shapes and of different materials attached or stitched on the bottom shoe ends or sandwiched between the outer sole and the insole either in a fix solid way or alternatively in a detachable way so that the internal sandallike structure can be removed when needed.
10. Shoe with internal space and sandal structure as claimed in preceeding claims characterized in that it features an internal sandallike structure that permits to wear and use the shoe like a sandal with the upper completely or partially opened without loosing the control and the stability of the shoe.
Description:
DESCRIPTION Shoe with internal space and sandal structure Shoe with internal space and sandal structure that aims to solve the main problem of the existing shoes currently on the market which is that the existing shoes do more or less wear close, fasten tight and suffocate the foot which consequently feels like being embalmed into the shoe; this problem is due to the fact that the upper shoe covers are tightly constructed to wear precisely the person's foot and this causes poor blood circulation, poor transpiration, no thermal insulation, tiredness, continuous pressures, traumatized and injured feet; in addition to the above mentioned problems of health and comfort there are the well known problems of fitting since all existing shoes are constructed on a standard pre-established foot size form and it is of course not possible to adapt and fit it to all people's foot shapes which are on the contrary all different one from the other.

The present invention of the shoe with internal space and sandal structure aims to solve the above mentioned problems of the existing shoes currently on the market by inventing the new concept that the foot is no more fastened by the outer shoe upper itself but on the contrary it will be fastened by an internal sandal-like structure (3) so that the outer shoe upper will stay distant and separate from the foot and consequently an internal free space (4) will be created between the foot and the outer shoe upper cover (2).

The present invention is illustrated on the enclosed drawings showing that Fig. 1-features the foot held and fastened by the internal sandal-like structure (3) made of 3 adjustable straps, the internal free space (4) around the foot and the outer shoe upper (2) which is distant and separate from the foot itself.

Fig. 2-features the foot held and fastened by the internal sandal-like structure (3) made of 2 adjustable straps, the internal free space (4) around the foot and the outer shoe upper (2) which is distant and separate from the foot itself.

Fig. 3-features the internal sandal-like structure (3) in another version with more than 3 straps to hold the foot, the internal free space (4) around the foot, the outer shoe upper (2) wich is distant and separate from the foot itself.

As illustrated on the above described drawings the main objective of the invention of the shoe with internal space and sandal structure is the creation of an internal free space (4) between the foot and the outer shoe upper (2) so that the foot is no more closely and tightly fastened an suffocated but on the contrary it will be free with space all<BR> around it; this internal free space (4) created into the shoe with internal space and sandal structure will guarantee more room, better blood circulation, more natural transpiration, more sound and dry ambience, more confort without pressures to the foot, more prevention and greater relief for injured, traumatised, malformed or diabetic feet.

The internal free space (4) offers also the new possibility of inserting into the shoe any flat, not bulky integrated devices and instruments for the control and the stimulation of the circulation of the blood.

In addition to the above mentioned advantages and solutions it is important to underline also another advantage that the internal free space (4) offers which is to allow any different foot size and any different foot shape to wear easily and comfortably the same shoe with internal space and sandal structure and the children having fast growing foot and fast changing foot size can wear it much longer enjoying a good and precise fitting all the time.

The internal sandal-like structure (3) has been created to fasten and block the foot in place of the outer shoe upper cover as it is the case for the existing shoes; the advantage of fastening the foot with an easy sandal-like system (3) and not with a normal upper shoe system is that the foot will not be tightly covered and suffocated on all its surface but it will be just secured to the bottom shoe unit by 2-3 or more light sandal straps.

The outer shoe upper (2) of the shoe with internal space and sandal structure is consequently designed and constructed on a special and unique high volume foot form to stay independent and distant from the foot in order to leave an internal free space (4) between the foot and the outer shoe upper itself (2); this outer shoe upper (2) is made therefore mainly for the purpose of guaranteeing protection, insulation and the look and design of a shoe.
