| CLAIMS 1. Shoe (A) characterized in that it comprises a single plane or moulded piece (1), obtained through a cutting operation, and in turn comprising: · a central portion (11) whose shape substantially corresponds to a footprint; • a front portion (12) consisting of a plurality of strips or rays (13); • a rear portion (14) consisting of two or more strips or rays (15); • two side strips (16, 17), and wherein each one of said strips (13, 15, 16, 17) is joined to the adjacent strips (13, 15, 16, 17) through a seam (19) made along its side edges (18) so as to form the upper of said shoe (A). 2. Shoe (A) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a sole (S) consisting of a plane surface provided with a plurality of projections or studs (SI), and wherein said projections or studs (SI) are inserted in corresponding holes (20) made in said moulded piece (1). 3. Shoe (A) according to claims 1, 2, characterized in that said sole is constrained to said moulded piece (1) by fitting said studs (SI) in said holes (20) and by means of a seam. * Shoe (A) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said moulded piece (1) comprises a plurality of holes (22) made along the edge (21) of said strips (13, 15, 16, 17), and wherein said shoe comprises also an elastic cord (E) inserted in said holes (22) in order to enclose said upper. 5. Shoe (A) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said elastic cord (E) comprises a lace lock (El) for adjustably closing the elastic cord. 6. Shoe (A) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said moulded piece (1) is made of chamois leather or nappa leather. 7. Shoe (A) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said sole (S) is made of rubber, and wherein said studs (SI) of the front portion (12) are rounded while said studs (SI) of the rear portion (14) are flat in order to guarantee stability. 8* Shoe (A) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that it is foldable, wherein said front portion (12) is suited to be inserted in said rear portion (14). |
DESCRIPTION
This invention belongs to the business field of clothing and shoes for smart women.
Given its conformation and its design, the decollete is able to wrap any type of foot, in an uniform and adequate way. It is a solution that relaxes the foot thanks to its softness and versatility.
The proposed novelty is that this shoe comes from a single moulded piece and is realized through just two steps: cutting and hemming, eliminating a phase of normal production: the assembly.
Doing so, the whole process presents a considerable saving of time and labour.
Starting from the moulded piece, the shoe is built by means of black raised seams which form rays in both front and rear portion. All this is wrapped by a black elastic cord with a lace lock and a metal trailing.
The shoe is totally handmade, in chamois leather or nappa leather of different colours, depending on the season. The sole is made of black soft rubber, with two types of studs: on the front portion there are rounded studs, on the rear portion there are flat studs in order to guarantee stability of the foot.
Inside, the sole is made in two colours: in front in chamois leather that echoes the colour of the upper and behind in nappa leather.
As regards packaging to clients, the shoe is enclosed in a bag which shows the trademark, realized in various tissues, depending on the season.
Everything is then inserted into a box of two colours with the trademark appearing on the front portion.
Enclosed there are 4 drawing boards:
1- Moulded piece to cut the upper;
2- Massaging sole made of rubber with studs;
3- Front and rear photo of the shoe; 4- Demonstration of the versatility of the shoe.
Drawing 1 : it represents the single moulded piece that gives the shape of the shoe. The shoe is formed by a single moulded piece that, when combined in all its points, it forms the decollete. The presence of holes on the moulded piece allows the perfect fitting of the sole made of rubber to the leather, without the need for sizing, but only using seams.
By doing so, you note the considerable saving of time and use of labour. The material is chamois leather or nappa leather in different colours, depending on the season.
Drawing 2: the sole with the studs of rubber with the trademark in relief as in drawing 2. The sole is made of black soft rubber and formed by two types of studs: on the front portion they are rounded while on the rear portion they are flat in order to guarantee more stability. In the centre there is the trademark in relief. The sole is massaging and perfectly fits in the upper and stands still without need to use adhesives.
Drawing 3: when finished, the shoe appears with black-coloured raised seams, as the elastic cord that encloses the shoe with a metal or nickel-made trailing. Once edged and closed, the shoe appears like a stretch decollete, that encloses the foot. The black seams emerge raised in pendant with the elastic cord It is composed by an elastic that goes around, allowing a comfortable fastening for all types of foot. The trailing is made of steel as well as the lace lock. An insole made of chamois leather and nappa leather with a sub layer of latex is inserted inside. The front portion is made of chamois leather and the rear portion is made of nappa leather with the trademark, following the colours of the shoe. The rear portion has a label that facilitates the insertion of the foot.
Drawing 4: the shoe can be folded and reduced in pocket-size dimension. The tip of the shoe is suited to be inserted in the rear portion of the heel as in Drawing 4. The softness of the shoe is shown by the ease with which it encloses in itself in order to allow its carriage in a handbag, occupying minimum space. When opened, the shoe goes back in shape without deformation, nor damage. The product is presented to clients inside a bag of variable material, depending on the season, with two laces to close it easily.
