Abstract:
Provided is a shopping assistance system capable of encouraging users' buying desire. This shopping assistance system 1 is provided with: a user terminal 200 provided with an action detection unit 212 which detects an action performed by a user U, and a user terminal output unit 220 which outputs information; a storage unit 120 which stores intra-virtual store images P2 that each include one or a plurality of product images P21, and that are mapped to virtual locations within a virtual store; and image display control units 112, 214 which cause the user terminal output unit 220 to display intra-virtual store images P2 associated with an action performed by the user U, and associated with the virtual location within the virtual store where the user U is located.
