SHOPPING CART

This invention is related about a shopping cart which is appropriate, movable, easy to divert for the settling of the belongings the visitors carry with themselves in places such as markets, shopping centers in order to place over the belongings as shopping bag, bag, pouch, etc. The loads the visitors carry in places such as market place, shopping centers which are generally a union of stores for the selling of various products, create problems during the shopping. These loads which the visitors have to carry limit the period of shopping and cause harm by leaning against their bodies. Since the market places and shopping centers are generally indoors they are relatively sheltered against weather conditions comparing outside. Since they wear themselves according to outer environment, the visitors feel the need to take-off their clothes such as coats, jackets, overcoats, etc. and they become obliged to carry these clothings at hand. In some shopping centers cabins for temporary usage for the keeping of such belongings are being used. But this also limits the freedom of motion of the visitor and additionally they also suspect the safety of the cabins therefore even it is usually hard they prefer the way to carry the belongings with them.

Visitors become obliged to carry the bags and products they buy during shopping. As the shopping they make continues the number of bags they carry at hand increase and it becomes hard to carry them. Especially it becomes more difficult for old people and the persons having somatic disorders to carry these bags. It is also difficult for the visitors who come with family and children to carry the bags and taking care of their kids at the same time during shopping. While the visitors go around the stores with bags at hand or kids with them, it becomes impossible for them to take the third activity. They may not be able to satisfy their personal needs such as talking on the phone or drinking a coffee/tea. In order to actuate these they weather have to leave their bags as stopping the shopping or entrust their kids to someone else.

While the visitors go around with the bags at hand and getting interested with any other product inside the store, they feel the need to leave the bags on the floor and after this since the bags might be forgotten in absence of mind the possibility of missing and being taken from someone else emerges.

With the bags at hand, the visitors are able to carry products in certain volume and weight. The market trolleys developed for the carrying of products having volume and heavy weight are big, gross and they can harm elsewhere while hitting accidentally. Besides it is forbidden to use these trolleys in every space in the shopping center.

This invention related with a shopping cart which is appropriate, movable, easy to divert for the settling of the belongings the visitors carry with themselves in places such as markets, shopping centers in order to place over the belongings as shopping bag, bag, pouch, etc. overcomes all the difficulties mentioned above and its feature is to host various equipments covering the personal needs to carry the products by people of every age with lots of bags over and having the ability for flexible move.

With its body placed on the created shopping cart of which the height is adjustable people of every age can use it. Since it is light and that there is a motion module, old people and children are able to pull and drag easily.

It removes the problem of carrying the products visitors buy during shopping by hanging them with bags to the suspenders on the invention. With the space formed on the motion module of the shopping cart it enables the possibility to carry lots of bags and also to carry heavy and high-volume products. Thus easiness and freedom of going around within the shopping center is being provided for the old people, people having physical disorders or families with children having hardness in carrying the products they buy.

With this invention visitors are able to take the third action while going around the stores with the products they bought. They are able to cover their personal needs such as talking on the phone or drinking coffee/tea. Besides there is a carrying spring bag on the invention designed for these clothing in order to prevent the carrying of clothes worn in cold weathers such as coats, jackets, etc. The possibility of damages because of hitting somewhere in the store is removed since the outer space of the invention is covered with a soft material such as rubber that will prevent the damage.

The invention removes the problem of the products' getting , heavier and the trouble caused by the other commodity while going around the stores and looking at the products and it provides the period of shopping to be longer and families to be able to take care of their children and it presents a comfortable shopping.

The access of visitors to the invention is simplified with the kiosk system being put in different spots at the shopping centers.

With the help of the GPRS module communicative with the kiosk which is placed on the invented shopping cart the place of the shopping carts are being able to be controlled and as detecting the idle left shopping carts their easily collection can be provided.

This invention being related about a shopping cart which is appropriate, movable, easy to divert for the settling of the belongings the visitors carry with themselves; in places such as markets, shopping centers in order to place over the belongings as shopping bag, bag, pouch, etc. is generally formed of these parts:

Base at the sub-section(l), Carrying part at the base(l.l), (1.2) motion module under the base(l), zooming part(1.3), body(2), carrying suspenders (2.1), on the body(2), file(2.2), upper part (3) placed on the top side of the body(2), cup holder (3.1)placed on the upper part(3) and Tank(3.2), Handle (4) after the body(2) placed on the upper part(3), kiosk(5), digital screen (6) on the kiosk(5) and GPRS module (7). The usage of the invention is as follows:

The sub-section of the invention is formed of Base (1), carrying part at the base(l.l) and the motion module(1.2). Base (1) is designed as the shape of an isosceles triangle in different heights without sides. For its being in that shape close-packing of the shopping carts by interpenetrating within one after the other. At the sub-section of the Base (1) there exists the motion module (1.2). Motion module (1.2) enables the invention the feature to move. Easily turning to different ways and freedom of moving are provided with the help of the wheels which can work in multi ways. There exists the carrying part (1.1) at the top section of the base (1). It is made in order to close-pack the bags or products having big-volume and heavy weight neatly on the shopping cart. The non- slippery base on the carrying section (1.1) at the base or its inclined design helps to prevent the falling down or the dragging of the belongings. The Body (2) rises over the Base (1) in an acute angle way compared with the base (1). Body (2) is arranged according to the height of an average human being and designed as ergonomic. In order to be able to carry the shopping bags on the Body (2) there are carrying suspenders (2.1) in a way to stay within the weight center of the mass which the Base (1) and the body (2) form. All kinds of bags, plastic bags, etc. which can be hung on the carrying suspenders (2.1) can be carried. Carrying suspenders (2.1) are designed in a way to have a feature to lock as known technically. Here locking can be through a lock apparatus or as clips. Body (2) is designed as well-supported so as to cover the weights of multi products. There is a string bag (2.2) beside the carrying suspenders (2.1) in order to put something in it and being able to be carried. With the help of the string bag (2.2) carrying of the coats, jackets, etc. of the visitors are being provided. As the string bag (2.2) can be removed and changed, it can also be more than one. The upper part (3) is placed on the Body (2). With the help of the cup holder (3.1) and the Tank (3.2) placed on the upper part (3) user has gained an additional space to leave the personal appliances he/she is carrying at hand. With the help of the cup-holder part (3.1) the obligation to carry the beverages the user consumes during shopping, such as coffee, tea, water etc. is being removed. Handle (4) exists after the Body (2) over the top section (3) in order to hold and pull and drag the shopping cart. Despite the fact that the Body(2) is designed according to an average height of an human being, the length of the Handle (4) is designed as to be arranged according to short or long heighted users so that they can use the shopping cart easily. Handle(4) has an ergonomic design as people of every age can hold and cover with hand.

In order to provide the users' access to shopping cart kiosks (5) placed in various spots within the shopping center are used. Shopping carts can only stay in a close-pack way as interpenetrating within one after the other with the help of a locking system tied to the kiosk(5). When the user makes a payment to the kiosk (5) in any way, the locking- system in the kiosk (5) lets the shopping cart free.

There is a GPRS module (7) in the shopping cart. GPRS module(7) works with the kiosk(5). GPRS module (7) transfers the state of the shopping cart and place info to the kiosk (5). It informs the kiosk (5) that the shopping carts are on the move and being used by the user or that it is being left by the user. The re-close-packing of the shopping cart beside the kiosk (5) which was being left by the user is being provided by detecting its place by the related people. The information about the shopping carts can be followed from the digital screen (6) on the kiosk (5) by the authorized persons.

In order to prevent the damage of the edges of the Base (1) developed by the invention when it hits somewhere, it is covered with a smooth material such as rubber that can cause no damage as it hits.

The front side (3) of the upper part developed with the invention can clearly be seen and since it is a flat surface it can be used as an advert area. Additionally, since the kiosk (5) covers a big place in volume and is placed in specific spots in the shopping center attracting the eyes, the outer surface can be used as an advert area.
