Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a shopping cart 1 equipped with a child-step plate 11, having customer handles 7 and a child handle 9 that have high rigidity, and offering excellent stability.
[Solution] The shopping cart 1 is equipped with: a base frame 2 having left and right side frames 4; left and right first support columns 5 erected from the middle portions in the front-rear direction of the side frames 4; left and right second support columns 6 erected from the rear of the side frames 4; customer handles 7 formed by forward-angled upper parts of the second support columns 6; a child handle 9 that extends between the upper ends of the first support columns 5; and a child-step plate 11 that is disposed over and between the left and right side frames 4 and between the first support columns 5 and the second support columns 6. The upper ends of either the first support columns 5 or second support columns 6 are joined with the upper ends or within 15 cm from the upper ends of the other support columns.
