Abstract:
A short message termination method, device and system, the method comprising: a service control point (SCP) uses address information of the SCP as home location information of an auxiliary number to register on a home location register (HLR); the SCP receives a short message forwarded by a short message center (SMSC) and according to the home location information; and the SCP acquires main number information corresponding to the auxiliary number, and routes the short message to a corresponding terminal according to the main number information. The above technical solution enables non-requirement for large modification in the SMSC and the HLR when terminating the short message in a one-card-multi-number service, thus reducing costs of service maintenance and upgrade.
