Abstract:
A short-process production method for high-performance oxygen-free copper strips, comprising the following steps: withdrawing, with a dummy device, during horizontal continuous casting; double-sided milling, reversible copper strip roughing and intermediate rolling; primary trimming by means of a thick strip slitting set; primary annealing by means of a bell-jar bright annealing furnace; surface cleaning by means of a thick strip degreasing cleaning line; finish rolling by means of a four-roll reversible finishing mill; secondary annealing of the finished product by means of the bell-jar bright annealing furnace; surface cleaning by means of a thin strip degreasing cleaning line; and post-processing. The above-mentioned production method has the advantages that, by means of optimization of the technological process, as well as the processing passes of the rough rolling and finish rolling procedures, the processing flow is shortened, the production efficiency is improved and the process period is reduced; and by means of the optimization of the annealing temperature, the holding time and the shielding gas flow rate, the product performance is improved.
