Abstract:
A short-process smelting reduction iron-making system and method, relating to the technical field of iron-making. The system comprises a pulverized coal preparation device (1-1), an iron ore powder preparation device (1-2), an iron ore powder direct reduction and powder coke preparation device, and a gas-solid separation device (1-3); the iron ore powder direct reduction and powder coke preparation device is of a U-shaped structure having a communicated bottom, the two sides respectively serve as a low-temperature reduction section (15) and a high-temperature reduction section (16), the bottom serves as a smelting reduction section (24), and molten iron is obtained at the bottom of the smelting reduction section (24); the pulverized coal preparation device (1-1) and the iron ore powder preparation device (1-2) are respectively connected to the middle lower portion and the bottom of the low-temperature reduction section (15); the low-temperature reduction section (15) is connected to the gas-solid separation device (1-3), and the gas-solid separation device (1-3) is separately connected to a top combustion device (22) and the middle portion of the high-temperature reduction section (16). By means of three-stage iron ore powder reduction, the reducibility characteristics of different components of the pulverized coal are fully utilized, then the multi-stage reduction of the pulverized coal and the iron ore powder is achieved, the comprehensive efficient clean utilization of the coal and the iron ore is finally achieved, and the short-process iron-making process is completed on the basis that the separate full utilization of the pulverized coal is achieved.
