Abstract:
A short-wavelength laser chiral Raman spectrometer, which is composed of a laser excitation light source with a wavelength between 325nm-532nm, a linearly polarized light homogeneous system, a circularly polarized light converter, a sample pool, a circularly polarized light separator, a double-beam bifurcated optical fibre, a Rayleigh line filter, an imaging spectrometer, a charge-coupled device (CCD) flexible within a short wavelength range and a computer. The short-wavelength laser chiral Raman spectrometer is used for determining a chiral absolute structure of a chiral molecule and a biomolecule, and is a useful tool for analysing a chiral absolute structure and conformation of a chiral molecule in the chemical, biological and pharmaceutical fields.
