Provided is a shower head capable of switching water spray modes through shake-based touch sensing. The shower head is provided with a body (15). The body (15) is internally provided with a water passage switching unit and a shake-based touch sensing enabled water spray mode switching unit, the shake-based touch sensing enabled water spray mode switching unit being linked to the water passage switching unit. The shake-based touch sensing enabled water spray mode switching unit comprises a spring (24) and a touch sensing block (25) connected to the spring (24). The shower head further comprises an electric motor (2) for driving the water passage switching unit. As long as the shower head is shaken or swayed, the touch sensing block (25) can be moved to turn on or turn off an electric motor driving circuit, thus enabling an electric motor to drive a water passage switching unit to operate to complete switching of water spray modes. The switching method does not require finding the position of a knob with human eyes, thus achieving convenient use. In addition, the electric motor (2) hydraulically generates power and can store a current when being normally used at ordinary times.
