Abstract:
Provided is a shower head processing tool which can inhibit pins from falling off due to ultrasonic vibrations. A horn (10) comprising a base (12) and pins (14) that are inserted and fitted into holes (12a) provided in one main surface of the base (12), the horn (10) receiving vibrations from an ultrasonic vibration generating means that generates ultrasonic vibrations, and performing hole processing. The horn (10) is characterized in that: the pins (14) are fixed to the base (12) by solder (16); a gap is maintained between the holes (12a) and the pins (14) such that the solder (16) can flow into the same; and the solder (16) is adhered to the one main surface and the periphery of the pins (14) protruding from the one main surface.
