Abstract:
A shower puff net and a shower puff net production process, relating to the technical field of shower puffs, comprising a net body (1), the net body (1) being composed of a plurality of intersecting net lines (11), diamond-shaped net holes (12) being formed between the plurality of net lines (11), the net body (1) being wave-shaped, the net body (1) having a plurality of rippled protrusions (101) and rippled recesses (102) distributed at intervals, and the distance between two adjacent rippled protrusions (101) being 3mm-5mm; in the conveying process, by means of the surface of a conveying press roller being provided with parallel pressing teeth, when a net strip passes between two conveying press rollers, the pressing teeth on the conveying press rollers can press the surface of the net belt to form the rippled protrusions (101) and rippled recesses (102), so that the entire net strip has a wave-shaped pattern; a shower puff made using the net strip with a wave-shaped pattern can increase the friction function during the showering process.
