Abstract:
Disclosed are a shredded-meat-shaped pet food product and a preparation method therefor. The shredded-meat-shaped pet food product consists of the following raw materials by mass percent: plant proteins 65-95%; starch 0-20%; animal raw materials 0-15%; vegetables 1-7%; fruits 1-5%; brewer yeast 0.5-3%; potassium sorbate 0.02-0.05%; salt 0.1-0.7%; an essence 0.3-0.5%; phosphate 0.01-0.05%; and mixed vitamins 0.02-0.03%. The shredded-meat-shaped pet food product is a pet food product being shredded-meat-shaped prepared by a mechanical puffing and extrusion process of plant proteins with meat, vegetables and fruits. The pet food product having filamentous shredded meat has a good sensory effect and palatability.
